“Innovation is the destiny of Entrepreneurship,”
said Peter Drucker, the father of modern management.
Since it was founded in 1993, Metalink stands the test
of rigorous competition of market. Our experience and
observation show that innovation is the spirit of the
Company and the foundation for its existing and growing.
We keep pursuing new finding in Research & Development
to guarantee competition ability.
For the last years we plough much capital and human
resource into R&D in our familiar domain of combustion
synthesis,to find new product and opportunity. We
zealously developed alloy production process with
niobium, titanium content and so on. Meantime we entered
into electrochemistry researching and adopted titanium
anode technique. We established laboratory in Nanjing
and Xi’an city, and keep in cooperation and entrust
research with below universities or institutes: Central
South University, Nanjing Industrial University, Nanjing
University of Science & Technology, Northwest Institute
for Nonferrous Metal Research, Central Iron & Steel
Research Institute, General Research Institute for
Nonferrous Metals, etc. The main research subject is
combination technology of rare metals and their alloys,
processing technology of concerned metals and new
application.
To complete our research team, to strengthen our
personnel reserve and research ability,to pursue
technology breakthrough for business development, we
keep on inviting specialists in pyrometallurgy and
hydrometallurgy, corrosion and protection, inspection
and analysis and etc.
To upgrade the product series, we are continually
increasing investment in researching and developing. The
long-term strategic plan was formulated to make firm
cornerstones of science and technology for long-term
progress.
As if described in one Chinese poem “The flowers
blooming on the river banks at sunrise red as fire”, we
believe that Metalink will become a booming high-tech
enterprise on the field of rare metals and their alloys. |
